ICTM 601 - ICT Management and e-Business Strategy

 

This course will equip you with knowledge of strategic management of ICT. It will enable students to appreciate the organizational and management issues relating to ICT planning and implementation and relate this to other relevant courses in your program. Students will be able to develop, implement and evaluate the ICT strategy and provide necessary advise to management.

The learning outcomes of this course are:

  • Analyzing ICT Strategy
  • Developing ICT Strategy that is appropriately aligned to business strategy
  • Implementing ICT strategy
